What is corporate venture building?

Creating a new company outside the corporate's walls to attack a validated problem: a dedicated external CEO, a separate cap table, equity that aligns everyone. Patrick Amiel has done it with BNP Paribas, PMU, Pernod Ricard, Crédit Agricole, Eurobank, EDF, RATP and Edenred through his previous studio; Honey Lab applies the same method.

How is Honey Lab different from a consultancy or an accelerator?
